To use Nemesis with it being stable, the user has to be diagnostic about every single mod installed.

This means that either 1) you are not using XPMSE by Groovtama and THAT is your problem or, and more likely, 2) something is overwriting your skeleton. The old version won't work in Skyrim VR. Also you don't need Racemenu to use XPMSSE. FNIS works fine and can be installed with the mod manager, or manually placed into your Steam VR directory.
