WebJul 11, 2024 · This issue appears to be caused by corrupted CBBE or body/face files which seems to sometimes just happen after restarting the game 100x in a row. Reinstalling CBBE files and anything that touches body files is worth a try. I had this issue also, reinstalled CBBE (and dismembered version) and it appears to be resolved for now.
