WebCan't get narrow band (NFM) to transmit properly My org narrowbanded our frequency and I switched the mode to NFM in chirp, however whenever I transmit now, it cuts out every millisecond or so. If it sounds too quiet, you may to use "wide" to get what should be the proper level of deviation you would expect on "narrow". If it sounds loud enough on "narrow" then set it on that mode. As been said, PMR uses "narrow".
